This policy explains what personal data we collect through goldpassports.eu, why we use it, who receives it and what choices you have.
Who is responsible for your data
GoldPassports is a brand of Percheron Advisory, D’Oyley Street, Suite 5 1, London SW1X 9AQ, United Kingdom. Percheron Advisory is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For anything related to your data, write to hello@goldpassports.eu.
What data we collect
- When you fill in a form: your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, the program you are interested in, your approximate budget range and any message you choose to write.
- Sent automatically with a form: the page the form was sent from, the campaign information that brought you to the site (for example UTM parameters or an advertising click identifier), your browser’s user agent, and a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your IP address, which we use to detect spam and which cannot be turned back into your IP address.
- When you write to us: your email address and the content of your messages.
- If you accept analytics cookies: information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and traffic source, collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

We do not sell your personal data.
Who receives your data
- Percheron Advisory and the advisors who handle your enquiry. Form submissions are stored on our website and sent by email to our team.
- Service providers that host the website and deliver email on our behalf.
- Google (Tag Manager and Analytics, and advertising measurement if we enable it), only for the analytics and advertising purposes above and only after you accept the corresponding cookies.
- Authorities, agents and other third parties involved in an application. If you decide to apply to a program, we will tell you which documents and data are sent to which authority or agent before we send them.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. When the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the mechanisms available to us, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with it and with any engagement that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Tag Manager loads on every page, but until you choose “Accept”, analytics and advertising storage stays denied (Google Consent Mode) and no analytics or advertising cookies are set. If you do not accept, the campaign information in the address you arrived from is kept only while you browse and is sent with a form if you submit one, but no cookie is stored for it. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawing does not affect what we did before). To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@goldpassports.eu. We will reply within the time the law requires.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In the United Kingdom, that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if we change the tools we use. The date below shows the latest version.
